Family caregivers in our community are invited to attend Caregiver Recognition Day, a special event dedicated to honoring those who care for aging loved ones.
The event will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Los Robles Greens, 299 S. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks, CA. Check in begins at 10:30 AM. This free event is open to family caregivers whose loved ones live at home, with family members, or in assisted living communities.
This year’s theme, Nurturing Our Caregiver Community, focuses on providing caregivers with an opportunity to relax, connect with others, and access helpful resources. Attendees will enjoy a complimentary luncheon, hear from inspiring speakers, participate in roundtable discussions, and connect with fellow caregivers who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving. Local organizations will also be present to share information about services and resources available to support caregivers and their loved ones.
Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, this annual event is offered free of charge to family caregivers throughout the community.
Registration is required to attend and must be completed by April 24.
