Oxnard Family Circle’s Mission is to help senior and disabled citizens maintain their choice to remain as independent and as healthy as possible in the most cost-efficient way.

Adult Day Health Care – Services covered include: Qualified Veterans (service or non-service connected), Medi-Cal, Gold Coast Health Plan, Tri-Counties Regional Center Beneficiaries, Long-Term Care Insurance, Private Pay. Memory Care Unit. Veteran’s Day Care.

A bus will pick up participants and bring them to the center. 2 Meals Daily, Activities and Outings. Skilled Nursing Care. PT & OT, Rehab. After-Hours Care. Pick-up at 6:45 am, program from 8:00am-1:00pm. Breakfast and lunch. Extended care until 4:00pm.
